The Obverse features an allegorical representation of the goddess Fortuna holding a horn of plenty. The goddess Fortuna is surrounded on the right and below by four four-leaf clovers (another common symbol of luck), while the current national lottery logo appears behind the image. On the left side of the coin is the inscription “loterie nationale loterij” in French and Dutch, on three lines. Also on the left, below the inscription, is the initials “BE” (identifying Belgium) with the minting year below, immediately followed by the symbol of the Belgian mint director and the Dutch mintmark, placed side by side. At the bottom right, adjacent to the inner edge, are the initials of the designer, “IB.” On the outer part are the 12 five-pointed stars, symbol of the European Union. The coin's Reverse is the new common side of Euro coins, with the face value "2" on the left and the European continent on the right, overlapped by the inscription "EURO". Six vertical lines with a star at each end are placed behind the Europe's image.
Edge: finely milled, with six '2' in incuse (repeated alternately from bottom to top and vice versa) and twelve five-pointed stars.

F1 Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps

On the Obverse, on the lower right, is the current circuit layout of the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack. On the left is the length of the circuit in meters, “7,004 M,” with the year of construction, “EST. 1921,” below. At the top of the coin, above a horizontal line, is the inscription “CIRCUIT DE SPA FRANCORCHAMPS” on two lines. At the bottom, from left to right, are: the symbol of the Belgian mint director, the initials “BE” (identifying Belgium), the minting year and the Dutch mint mark.
