2 Euro Commemorative coins Slovenia 2025
100th anniversary of the birth of Miki Muster

The Obverse, in the center of the coin, features three comic book heroes (the fox Zvitorepec, the wolf Lakotnik, and the turtle Trdonja), created by the Slovenian cartoonist and filmmaker Miki Muster. At the top of the coin is the circular inscription “1925 MIKI MUSTER”: “1925” is the author’s year of birth, while his first and last names are separated by the top of the central figure (the fox Zvitorepec). At the bottom, below the design, is the minting year, with the arched inscription “SLOVENIJA” below it. On the outer part 12 five-pointed stars, symbol of the European Union. The coin's Reverse is the new common side of Euro coins, with the face value "2" on the left and the European continent on the right, overlapped by the inscription "EURO". Six vertical lines with a star at each end are placed behind the Europe's image.
